Founded in 1990, Haser Metal started at its Esenyurt facility machining moulds for the automotive and home-appliance industries. Today we provide contract CNC services in precision mould machining, 5-axis machining and large-part machining up to 24 tons. Cost-effective 5-axis machining on large steel
For large steel blocks that do not fit standard 5-axis machines we use external spindles (angle heads). The part stays in a single setup on a large machine; angled faces and side bores are machined without re-clamping. The result: 5-axis quality at a much lower 5-axis labour cost.
